When breast milk is refrigerated the fat tends to separate, rising to the top and sticking to the storage container. No matter how much you gently swirl, or even aggressively shake, that stuck-on milk doesn't budge.
This special spatula was designed to fit those storage containers and scrape that nutrient rich fat while depositing it back into the container for you to either transfer to baby or into a freezer bag.
